WiniGuard generates annoying pop-ups trying to convince users to pay for using WiniGuard. The program is not worth a dime. Wini Guard is able to use lots of system resources and slow down a computer this way. It also loads fake security warnings and it may hijack web browser. These are not features of an anti-spyware.
