Warning! Potentially harmful software is detected pop-up description

Warning!
Security alert
Name: taskmgr.exe
Location: C:\WINDOWS\System32
Potentially harmful software is detected. To enable the security mode and remove harmful software it is recommended to perform a cleanup.
“Warning! Potentially harmful software is detected” is a warning fabricated by PC Protection Center.
PC Protection Center pretends to be a security program in order to gain a purchase. What it really does can be explained by this scheme: a) it blocks a regular program like Task Manager in this case; b) it reports the program as dangerous c) is asks for money for deleting the “malicious program”. Avoid the trap: PC Protection Center is not a real antispyware and it’s can’t detect or delete a thing. Delete PC Protection Center is its warnings appear in your monitor.
