My daughter some how downloaded antivirus360 onto our computer. I could not even stop the pop ups and it would not let me go to many Internet sites. I deleted everything I could find that sad antivirus360 in it I also did many things that you state on here doing manually. I still had the pop ups. I ended up doing a system restore on a earlier date and now have had no problems with it.
My question to you is even though I did do the system restore and I am not having any problems is is still in my computer??
