The scammers won’t give you your money back. And they hide pretty well, but you may try to sue them or something like that. Anyway, if those people were easy to find world would be much better place.
You can also contact local authorities of your bank. They may still be able to cancel the payment.
If Spyware Protect 2009 is still installed on your PC, remove it using this tutorial.

This website does not sell Antivirus System PRO. Antivirus System PRO is a fraud and a computer infection. Spywarevoid.com is dedicated to help people to remove malwares like that. If you still have Antivirus System Pro on your computer, i strongly recommend following Antivirus System PRO removal tutorial.
We can’t help you with the refund since we are not associated with this AntivirusSystemPro. You should contact your bank and ask to cancel the payment.

I was able to remove this fake antivirus first using the free SpyBot to get rid of some of the trojans and crap it installed, I used Free VundoFix and SmithFraudfix. These got rid of the extra crap, and then to go after the hidden files and the Fraud one, the free Malwarebytes
did a scan picked up four more issues and terminated, quarantined and successfully deleted. It may take some patience…because this thing likes to try and prevent installing new software to deal with it…just be patient and keep trying. Malwarebytes is da bomb.

I didn’t pay, I knew it must be a scam. But I am wondering why can’t people get the credit card company to refund their money if it is a known scam? Chargebacks should be relatively easy.

Just to let everyone know. If you run into this problem…until you can get it removed safely from your computer… restart you comp. When your homepage starts to load and BEFORE it is done. Do the control+alt+delete thing and get your task manager up. If you wait for everything to load on your homepage…it will be too late!!! Once it is up you can function without that annoying virus crap popping up and stopping you from being able to do ANYTHING. Go ahead and click the icon on your tray to open the program. Go back to your task manager and under the applications tab. Force the app closed. Once that is done chances are your internet explorer isnt going to function even with the application off. Go to your internet settings under the advanced tab and restore your defaults. The program sets everything so that it can function and block your ability to get on IE. It’s a major pain in the ass, but it will keep you from getting ripped off and you can then search and find the removal tools you need.
