this program has loads of viruses on and i need some one to give me any ways i can get rid of them because they keep popping up and are anoying

You can delete this fraud manually. The manual removal guide is above the comments section. You can also delete WinPC Antivirus by running anti-spyware scan. Just make sure you use reputable antispyware and not some other scam like WinPC Antivirus.
