how will i delete the processes , it not allows to open the task manager also…

You can block the fraud temporarily by entering 0W000-000B0-00T00-E0020 for a license key. This should stop Windows Defence Counsel from interrupting the Task Manager. You can also boot your PC into safe mode in order to access system tools.
