    Hello Jane,

The full version of Spyware Doctor is able to delete Win32.Netsky.Q. Please make sure that your Spyware Doctor is updated and then run a scan again.
Have you tried removing Win32.Netsky.Q manually? It might be more effective than anti-spyware scan.
Please, let us know if the removal works for you.

    Hello IV,

The files listed on the manual removal belong to Win32.Netsky.Q worm. If the alerts about Win32.Netsky.Q are displayed by rogue security program, the alerts are fake. If that’s the case, you need to remove the rogue anti-spyware and not the Netsky.

I HAVE the full version of spyware doctor. I did NOT remove this. I updated the spyware doctor program a few times and have scanned OVER a dozen times with no results.

    Hello Hannah,

I assume you receive the fabricated security alerts about Win32.Netsky.Q. Unfortunately, fake security programs that load the pop-ups are able to block the real security programs. Have you tried running anti-spyware scan in a safe mode?

If you tell us which rogue program reports Win32.Netsky.Q, we could help you to remove the infection manually.
