Go to the “Start” menu and click “Control Panel.” Click the “System and Security” link and then the “Action Center” link.
Click “Recovery” on the bottom right of the “Action Center” window. Click the “Open System Restore” button.
Click “Next” in the “System Restore” window. Select the desired restore point from the list and click “Next.” Click “Finish” to confirm system restore

what do you mean by look for virus exe file?

It’s a virus programme and it’s changing its location all the time. Run your pc in safe mode with networking (so exe file won’t load) and look for virus exe file (sort by install date). Then delete and you’re fine. Spybot won’t work.

Check what kind of program the scam recommends to buy and look for removal of the program on this website. You can’t run removal tools but you can delete the infection manually.

yeah the same thing just happened to me…some person who doesn’t know how to spell took over my computer. I can’t run spybot or adware to get rid of the problem. Can’t hit control alt delete..can’t do anything. help

this happened to me last night, and I get lsass.exe errors, some stupid antivirus scan called Total Security, or Total control or something like constantly tries to open….I am unable to run anything….it has completely taken over my computer….I cannot run my McAfee anti-virus to remove it, I can not open any web sites to find a solution. Any suggestions or ideas besides chucking the damn thing in the trash???

I rebooted my system and hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete as soon as I could during windows startup. I managed to intercept the processes and stop it from loading. Now I’m trying to make sure it’s completely gone with spybot and such.

One way to remove it that seems to be working:

Go to Control Panel -> Display -> Desktop. Click on the Customize Desktop button. Then select Web and uncheck (or delete) the webpage Security. Click OK and it’s done.

i had to completely reboot my computer back to its factory seetings by changing the bios to boot from a diffrent source.

i removed win blue soft and this background is still there,i know a lot about computers and yes win blue soft is removed
