   I tried downloading and removing system version 2.20. The spyware does not allow any program to run.

   Do you know what I can do to remove this other than reformat the PC hard disk?

   I tried all the best possible way but finding hard to remove System Tool 2011 version 2.20. Even it is not allowing to start in safe mode and task manager. Also not allowing to format the HDD
   Plz help.
