I have tried everything, even this website. Nothing is working. It says that every program except internet explorer is infected. What do I do?

If you have some anti-spyware installed on the infected computer, you may run it in a safe mode. Also, give the manual removal a chance. It might be more effective since security tools are often blocked by malware.
