SpySkype.C keylogger is designed specifically for stealing account details of Skype instant messenger. SpySkype.C records login and password of Skype account and delivers it to a remote attacker. The infection doesn’t spread on its own. SpySkype.C is installed manually or it might be installed by trojans and other malware.

SpySkype keylogger hides its presence. If your security tools detect SpySkype.C, remove it immediately and change your Skype password.
