    Sirs;

    On April 29, I received a message on my computer alerting me of a possible Virus and suggested I download Anti Defender Software which I did at the cost of $ 59.95 (RS79361891) The following day my system crashed and requiring extensive repair cost, new hard-drive two days of cloning and virus detection. After tech support bringing the system back, it was dtermined there was no anti-software program installed in the files.

    I am asking your assistance in crediting or refunding the fee of $ 59.95.
