The threats “detected” by Security Shield 2011 were not real, those alerts were fabricated. So there is no need to worry about those “infections”. You are not going to receive activation code because the program is fraudulent and it is made by scammers. They simply take your money and disappear.
You local bank authorities might be still able to cancel the payment. Please contact them and tell them that scammers may have your account details. These things happen a lot these day and people at your bank will know what to do.

1) Had to boot in safe mode otherwise registry editor just closed itself immediately
2) Deleted C:Users\John\AppData\Local\sjbogol.exe
3) Deleted HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\sjobgol.exe registry key
4) Microsoft security essentials did not find these!
