Do a search for this file then use the uninstall folder, then make sure to delete every entries in the registry (look for PC Confidential)by using a program like RegSeeker. This is what I have done and it worked... NO MORE PC CONFIDENTIAL AND SHREDDER ICON GONE!!! This program is hidden under Winferno.
