cannot edit registry access is denied by the virus

I do not see these files or registry entries. I no longer have the proper permission to even run Internet Explorer or to run Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware or to change the name of the executable. I am writing this message from a different PC.

The malicious files and registry entries might be different on different computers. We will updated the manual removal as soon as possible. You may run anti-spyware tools in a safe mode; this way PC Antispyware 2010 won’t block them.

It is impossible to run any form of safe mode with this virus. I can’t even run taskmgr. Any ideas?

yes, is possible!
download spyware doctor(program) when you dowload it and the virus open the window for “open with..” search the same name of the program download and “acept”, the program, the program go to install and after search the virus and eliminate it
