It was just installed. However, I just got a notice saying spyware/malware was detected. A check was run and it said everything was okay. Now there is a Nortel icon on my desktop. When I did another check, it still said everything was okay. I am no computer tech and I don't know how to get rid of this thing and I'll be DAMNED if I have to take this thing to Staples or Best Buy again.
