My personal MS removal tool won’t let be run your removal tool to delete it. In fact it won’t let me run any program internet-suggested to delete it.
I can’t right-click. I can’t open my control panel to delete it manually.
It could be I’m just really bad at this, but how do it get the virus to shut up so i can delete it? The only thing it lets me do is get on the internet.

You need to get into safe mode. You should see an option when the virus puts you into a Blue Screen (this happened to me whenever I tried opening control panel multiple times). The program seems to be running through a Windows back door that allows programs that are high priority to install and run without any permission on your part. Once you are in safe mode, you should be able to go into your services folder and find any randomly spelled services and disable them.
