    I have tried installing Live Security Suite and it is telling the activation code is incorrect when it is the same as what they gave me, it also said it would e-mail me with the code and it hasn’t. We have brought this twice now and nither times have worked. When they rang the first time to see if we wanted the activation they gave us a helpline number and that is saying it isn’t been reconised! What am i meant to do? please could you send us the help line number, or sort this problem out. We also would like to be refunded for one of time the activation considering neither of them are letting me install the software.

    Kelly, this program is a total scam. DO NOT send them any more money. They pretend to be a legitimate product when in reality it is the problem. It will tell you that it found X number of viruses when you don’t have any viruses. programs like these are total and complete SCAMS
