Live PC Care is a fraudulent security tool. It presents itself as “Windows Advanced Security Center” and urges purchase a license in order to activate full computer protection. LivePCCare is not able to function as a security application because it’s a malware.

Live PCCare is promoted on misleading websites and it also spreads with help of trojans. It installs a bunch of useless files and it later supposedly detects those as serious infections. And then it demands purchasing full version of LivePC Care for deleting the “threats”. Live PC Care also displays numerous pop-ups and interrupts web browsing. Don’t trust this application and make sure it is erased as soon as possible.

How to manually remove Live PC Care

To remove Live PC Care spyware you must block Live PC Care sites, stop and remove processes, unregister DLL files, search and delete all other Live PC Care files and registry utility. Follow the Live PC Care detection and removal instructions below.

    Follow the manual removal guide; it’s right above your comment. The other way of deleting this threat is running anti-spyware scan.

    How the hell do you find all those files though?! Please can you provide step by step instructions, I have no idea how to ‘Search and unregister Live PC Care DLL libraries’ etc etc. Live PC Care has taken over my computer and I am finding it extremely difficult to get rid of.

    Take a look at “Live PC Care manual removal instructions”. The first step is “Stop and remove Live PC Care processes:” then you see the list of processes and then under the list there is a link to a tutorial “Read more how to kill Live PC Care processes“. The same thing goes with all the other steps. There is a detailed tutorial next to every list of files, dlls or registries.

    On a PC where I recently had to remove this software, the Live PC Care files were located under c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\79cd651.
