Had to not only follow the instructions you left above, but also search for ALL Mozilla/Firefox registry entries and delete the Kiwee keys in there. Of course, some of the directory names and environment variable names were slightly different: I suggest browse through all registry entries when the name is some long string of numbers and dashes, since that is system dependent. I also suggest people browse through all entries for all current browsers installed. Finally, search through all extensions folders in Firefox itself, the Program Data, Local Data and App Data.
