I have purchased the Internet Security Essentials, and I’m trying to remove it. I removed it from the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, but I still can’t get on the internet. Do you know which Image Name it comes up as in the Task Manager? Also, if I follow the manual removal instructions, how do I get to the prompt box where I enter the code from this website? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
