AV Center description
AV Center is a fake antivirus product. It mimics antivirus scan and security notifications. Victims of AVCenter should keep in mind that none of the messages loaded by AV Center is real. It reports imaginary infections and it is incapable of scanning a PC.
AV Center spreads via deceptive websites. The sources usually pretend to scan visitor’s computer and then they offer AV Center for deleting threats. Websites that promote AV Center shouldn’t be trusted since the program is actually malicious. AVCenter may hijack web browser and disable real security applications.
AV Center displays lots of annoying pop-ups. Here’s an example of the fabricated alerts:

How to manually remove AV Center
To remove AV Center spyware you must block AV Center sites, stop and remove processes, unregister DLL files, search and delete all other AV Center files and registry utility. Follow the AV Center detection and removal instructions below.
The most typical software removal method is to remove AV Center by using "Add or Remove Programs" service. However there may be hidden AV Center files, running processes and registries in your computer, so AV Center may recreate all other files after reboot.

A very easy way to remove it would be to do a system restore. I couldn’t fix it but then i decided i should try that because those files weren’t there this morning. or whichever day you want to restore from. It may be different for you but all i had to do was turn the computer off and then press f11 at the first screen that popped up.
