run regedit and search for updateexplorer.dll and delete the registry key, or if you don’t want to mess with the registry manually, disable the add on updateexplorer.dll from inside internet explorer

The uninstall option doesn’t work because Antivirus 7 is not a real program, it’s a malware. Follow the manual removal guidelines posted above to delete Antivirus7.

My name is kasim and im only 13, ok i know how to uninstall av7.
Dont download anything that says it can remove av7, its as easy as eating a grape.
I had the programme myself and i figured out how to uninstall it.
Now first go to live chat then enter your name then wait for a live person then keep on asking “I want to uninstall this program”. then hopfully it should come up with a list then follow tat and you will be able to uninstall the program.
Hope this helps
