I downloaded Spy Doctor and it did not get rid of it. I also have Webroot and it can’t get rid of it either. Any other suggestions besides me trying to find all of these files myself? I am not that savvy on computers..Thanks

Antispy Protector 2009 can block security programs in some cases. Restart your computer and boot in a safe mode; the malware shouldn’t be able to stop anti-spyware tools this way.
