It requires purchasing the full version in order to use the program, but both the free and the paid versions are nonfunctional. The homepage of this fraud (privacy-commander.com) is poorly constructed. It doesn’t even provide a way to buy the program but Privacy Commander loads enormous numbers of pop-ups till user agrees to pay for a copy of software.
