PCScan may be downloaded voluntarily but it is usually installed by Zlob trojan. PC Scan brings two main problems: it is difficult to uninstall and it constantly loads pop-ups. Do not pay for software which is distributed in such fraudulent ways. Run anti-spyware scan to get rid of PCScan.
