    Went to boot up my sons PC and it will only boot to the XP wallpaper. No icons, no start menu, no nothing except the genavir.exe error window that re-appears every time you close it. Am I looking at a new hard drive or what? Help!!!!!!

    boot the computer into safemode by clicking the f8 key at startup if you are able to load windows through this it gives you some hope of being able to clean without wiping everything of.

    Once I got viruses on my computer They wouldn’t let me go anywhere I decided to purchase this software, though never heard of it before. It had cleaned up my system from all the crap and I’m quite satisfied with it so far, although my computer is a little bit slow still
