Win32/Nuquel.E is a fake trojan reported by rogue softwares such as Spyware Protect 2009 and Antivirus System Pro.The rogue programs load fabricated security alerts warning users about imaginary threats. Nuquel.E trojan is one of several imaginary infections used by this fake antispyware to intimidate people into purchasing a license of Spyware Protect2009 or some other fake tool. The program keeps urging to delete Win32 Nuquel.E by generating numerous pop-ups and system tray alerts. If clicked upon, the falsified warnings redirect user to distributors of malware.

    all the info i’ve read and all of the suggestions nhave been useless to me becaus my computer is totaly disabled.the only thing i can do is get intom safe mode.tha is it.

    Then it depends on what fake security tool is residing on your PC. Since you can access the safe mode, you are able to use manual removal tutorials. Use the removal guide that suits your situation, they are given above the comments section.
