Hello Allison,
You won’t get a refund from systemsecurity.com. Scammers like those responsible for System Security don’t provide their physical address or contact information.
Please contact your bank and explain you’ve become a victim of online fraud. They might be able to do something regarding to your problem.

I have had the same problem as those above. Bought s/w in June, wouldn’t work, then promised a refund. It has been 3 months, they just keep hanging up on me. We are out $80.00. We are reporting this to the back as online fraud, and I will use every bit of info to try and get them.
