Well, one major problem is that everytime you try to open task manager, it instantly blocks it…

It might be a problem but you still got one thing to try out. Boot your PC in a safe mode and then follow the manual removal.

It keeps reinstalling itself after I scan in safe mode using tvssrootkiller and antimalware
